Classical Japanese Reiki Level I "Shoden"

This *Shoden (*Japanese for first teachings*)* Level l class offers you a rarely taught form of Reiki based on Classical Japanese teachings. In this weekend we will learn the 5 elements of Reiki, the history of Reiki and hand positions for self-healing and for healing others. We will also experience Reiki energy, and give and receive a Reiki treatment session.

Please join us for a delightful weekend “retreat” here in McLean. This class is for people who suffer from chronic stress or pain, have arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, cancer, or who suffer from lifestyle stress. Healthcare practitioners will also benefit from connecting more deeply with your patients. This class is a must for care caregivers or parents who to provide comfort to your family members.

Dates:
January 16-17 (9:30 AM - 5 PM)
March 20-21 (9:30 AM - 5 PM)

Cost: $250. A 50% deposit is required to hold your space, classes are small and space is limited register now.

Classical Japanese Reiki Level II "Okuden"

Deepen your understanding of Reiki energy, the system of Reiki and create a profound since of oneness. *Okuden* or Inner Teachings is the Level ll class for individuals interested in learning how to use the power of Reiki in their own lives and to help others.

At this level you will be introduced to *shirushi* (symbols), *jumon* (mantras) as ways to increase your ability to tap into and use Reiki energy. These ancient Japanese exercises will teach you to tap into the energy that surrounds us-the energy of earth and heaven. Learn how Reiki can bring about a profound sense of oneness and how this connection can help you in your practice and your daily life. Learn how to use this since of oneness to help others. Achieve a profound since of stillness and groundedness.

Please join us for this one day intensive class if you are a Reiki l practitioner who is interested in increasing your Reiki energy, and/or interested in creating a Reiki practice. You will also benefit from this class if you are a Reiki l, ll or lll practitioner from another style and are interested in learning more about this unique form of Classical Reiki, or you a Reiki l, ll, or lll practitioner from another style and are interested in deepening your connection with Reiki energy.

Introduction to Reiki

Are you new to Reiki? Would you like to learn some basic Reiki techniques that will help you in your everyday life?

This class is for people who are interested in learning more about Reiki. Learn about the five elements of Reiki and a Reiki technique to use that will reduce your stress and begin your path of self healing.

Victoria will also be available to answer any of your Reiki questions. Introduction classes are scheduled on the second Monday of the month.
